Sports physicals will be provided at the discounted rate of $15 by the Worthington Family Physicians. The date and time for the service will be on Saturday, July 24 from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The physicals will be given at the office of the Worthington Family Physicians which is located at 874 Proprietors Road Worthington, OH 43085. Please let the school office know by Wednesday, July 21 if you are interested in this opportunity. Please see this document for more details. You will also need to bring the OHSAA Physical Form with you as well.

Calvary Bible Soccer Camp - We would love to see you at this year’s Soccer camp, which will once again be held at Northside Christian School. You will find the same great coaches, friends, and workers there as in past years. We will also have memory verses, Bible lessons, scrimmages, drills, prizes and a lot of fun!!

The date for this year's camp is July 26 - 29 and the time is 6:30 - 8:30 pm.

As in past years, the soccer camp is for children 6-13 years of age. The camp has no admission or registration fee. We ask that you do register ahead of time by emailing cbcsoccercamp@earthlink.net or calling the Calvary Bible Church at 614 262-2006. We need to know the camper's name, age and t-shirt size. Also, please bring the attached medical form with you the first night of camp. Remember, all campers must turn in a medical form and have shin guards to participate. You may also bring your own soccer ball, so make sure it is well marked with your name.
